These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Website”) and any purchase you make through it. The Website is operated by InnoWisdom Inc, Miami, FL 33174, USA (“InnoWisdom,” “bakba,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase products on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
2. Products; Authenticity and Non-Affiliation
All products sold on the Website are 100% original, brand-name fragrances. Sample and travel-size products contain genuine fragrance that has been independently filled, repacked, and sealed by InnoWisdom Inc. We are not associated, affiliated, connected, or endorsed by, nor do we have any agreement, license, or consent from, any of the manufacturers or brand owners of the fragrances offered. All brand names, trademarks, and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
3. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance; a contract is formed when we ship your order (or a portion of it). We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
You may request cancellation of an order within 30 minutes of placing it, before it is sent to our fulfillment team, by contacting [email protected]. After 30 minutes we cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will attempt to stop the order before it ships.
4. Prices, Promotions, and Sales Tax
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). We may correct pricing errors and adjust promotions at any time. Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively and may be subject to exclusions.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address of your order and is charged only in states where we have a tax collection obligation (currently Florida).
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by third-party payment providers (currently Stripe and PayPal). Payment is authorized and captured at the time of order. We employ fraud screening and may cancel orders that fail verification.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are processed within one business day and delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, typically within 3–8 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Due to federal transportation regulations, fragrances cannot be shipped by air; only ground services are used. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged or Incorrect Items
Because fragrances are cosmetics, we do not accept general returns for change of mind once an item has been opened or used. If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or if items are missing, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. At our discretion we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error. For lost or stolen packages we may require a carrier investigation before issuing a remedy. 8. Product Use, Allergies, and Sensitivities
Our products are for external, personal use only. Fragrances may contain ingredients that cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals. Always review the ingredient information provided with the original product and test on a small area of skin before use. If you experience irritation, discontinue use and consult a physician. We make no representations regarding suitability for any particular skin type or condition.
9. Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, design, logos, and compilations of content are owned by InnoWisdom Inc or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, or exploit any portion of the Website without our prior written consent, including by automated means (bots, crawlers, or data-extraction tools).
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Website: for any unlawful purpose; to resell products purchased for personal use without authorization; to interfere with or disrupt the Website or its security; to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or to collect personal information of other users.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Website and our business. Content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading may be removed, and accounts may be terminated.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOWISDOM INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnoWisdom Inc and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court. You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. bakba Rewards Program
bakba Rewards is a promotional loyalty program offered at our discretion. Participation requires a registered account. Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash, and are limited to one account per person.
Earning points. You earn 200 points when you create an account, 300 points on your first completed purchase, and 1 point for every US$1 of merchandise paid on subsequent orders (full-size “Retail Bottle” fragrances earn 2 points per US$1). Verified product reviews earn 150 points once per calendar month, birthday rewards earn 300 points once per year when a birthday is saved to your account, and referral rewards earn 1,000 points for both parties after the referred customer completes their first order. Points are credited when an order reaches processing or completed status, and are calculated on the merchandise amount after coupons and point redemptions.
Redeeming points. Points may be redeemed at checkout once your balance reaches 500 points, at a rate of 100 points = US$1.00. A single order may redeem no more than 30% of its pre-discount merchandise subtotal. Points apply to merchandise only and cannot be used toward shipping, taxes, or protection fees. Sales tax is calculated on the discounted amount, while free-shipping eligibility is determined by the pre-discount merchandise subtotal.
Expiration and adjustments. Points expire 12 months after they are earned, applied on a first-earned, first-expired basis. If an order is refunded or cancelled, points earned on that order are reversed in proportion to the refund, and points redeemed on a fully refunded or cancelled order are returned to your account. We may correct point balances resulting from errors, and may suspend or terminate the program, or forfeit points obtained through abuse, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity, with notice where required by law.
